WOW Recruitment are looking for a Regional Account Manager who will be the bridge between our clients' premium product range and the biggest names in the accommodation and hospitality sectors. You'll spend your time in the field, building deep-rooted relationships and identifying the next big growth opportunities.
* Salary: $110-120k + Super + $15K Bonus + Car Allowance

You are a self-starter who thrives on the road and loves the variety of a multi-state patch. You are as comfortable presenting a boardroom proposal as you are walking a hotel floor with a General Manager.
Key Pillars of the Role:
* Territory Mastery: Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of hotels, accommodation groups, and distributors across SA, NT, and TAS.
* Solutions-Based Selling: Go beyond the catalog to understand customer needs, providing tailored product solutions that enhance the guest experience.
* Strategic Growth: Proactively hunt for new business while expanding our footprint in emerging markets.
* Operational Excellence: Use your analytical mindset to manage quotes, sales forecasting, and CRM records (we use SAP and Phocas) to ensure a healthy pipeline.
* National Collaboration: Work alongside our Marketing, Product, and Warehouse teams to ensure that what you sell is delivered with excellence.
What You Bring:
* Industry Muscle: Proven sales experience within the hotel, hospitality, or office supply sectors.
* The "Road Warrior" Mentality: A genuine love for travel and the ability to manage a wide geographic region autonomously.
* Communication Prowess: You are a master negotiator and a clear, professional communicator.
* Tech Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. If you've used SAP or Phocas, you'll have a significant head start.
* Accountability: You take pride in your reporting, your pipeline accuracy, and your ability to work without someone looking over your shoulder.
