 * The primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant or cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
 * This position involves supervising staff, handling guest complaints, managing cash handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organisation standards, and implementing operational processes to maximise profitability.
 * A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills is essential in this role, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and maintain high levels of professionalism.
Key Qualifications:
 * Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record in food service management
 * Valid RSA possession and 5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in food service field
 * Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in cash handling procedures
 * Ability to work flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Additional Responsibilities:
 * Conducting performance appraisals of subordinates as instructed
 * Performing other duties as may be prescribed from time to time due to operational needs
