The purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide high level administrative and organisational support to members of SCA's Executive or General Leadership team. This role is a 12‐month contract position.
What does your day to day look like?
* Provide high‐level executive support, including inbox and diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation for conferences and key meetings.
* Liaise with senior leaders, external stakeholders and the EA network to schedule meetings, events and support a culture of best practice.
* Plan and coordinate internal meetings and events end‐to‐end, including agendas, resources, catering, minute‐taking and follow‐up actions.
* Support people processes within the Executive's remit, including recruitment coordination, onboarding of new starters, and contributing to team culture initiatives.
* Manage administrative and compliance tasks such as expense reconciliation, document preparation and proofreading, reporting, confidentiality, and workplace health and safety requirements.
What you'll need
* Proven experience supporting leadership teams as an Executive Assistant within a large, complex organisation.
* Proactive and solutions‐focused, with the ability to anticipate executive needs and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
* High attention to detail and discretion, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and acting in the best interests of the executive and business.
* Strong technical capability, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook, intermediate PowerPoint and Excel, and working knowledge of SAP.
