About Our Mechanical Fitters Role
At Mineral Resources Ltd, we're a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services. As a key member of our team, you will be working on fixed plant crushing experience across various sites in Western Australia and Queensland.
This is a full-time position offering competitive rates and quarterly bonuses.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the reliability of large scale fixed plant machinery and equipment through preventative and corrective actions.
* Respond to and resolve breakdowns promptly.
* Collaborate with the Planning team to identify opportunities for improving plant efficiency.
* Drive business improvement initiatives and facilitate change within the organization.
* Leverage your skills to undertake small capital project work involving commissioning.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Familiarity with fixed plant machinery and equipment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Possess a high level of mechanical aptitude.
