About you
Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience and clinical skills in Infection Management and Prevention.
Responsible for the professional development of self and others utilising contemporary practice in the delivery of improved standards of care.
Participate in innovation and change to develop responses to address emerging service needs in relation to Infection Management and Prevention.
Support the Assistant Nursing Director of Safety and Quality by identifying inconsistencies between practice and policy, and work in collaboration with the interprofessional team to implement changes.
