We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our BOSS Automotive team in Inverell. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, has strong product knowledge, and enjoys guiding customers through the full sales journey — from enquiry to delivery.
This role plays a key part in supporting our tray and trailer fit-out sales across both retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and web platforms.
* Qualify leads, provide tailored product advice, and generate accurate quotes.
* Process orders through the CRM and ensure all sales are invoiced and documented.
* Liaise with operations, supply chain and branch teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong dealer and wholesale client relationships.
* Identify marketing opportunities and contribute to product promotions.
* Support internal training initiatives and stay up to date with BOSS product offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years’ experience in a sales or customer service role (automotive or manufacturing preferred).
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient with CRM and quoting systems.
* Ability to interpret technical product information and customer requirements.
* No formal qualifications required; relevant experience highly regarded.
