This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable customer experiences, and has a strong grasp of store operations. Reporting to the Area Manager and National Operations Manager, you’ll be empowered to lead your store to success - with the support of a dedicated Merchandise Manager (our internal title for Assistant Manager).
As a Store Manager, you’ll shape your store’s culture, drive commercial performance, and lead from the front.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
* Lead by example to achieve and exceed sales & KPI targets
* Motivate, coach & develop your team to success
* Create a fun, positive, customer-first culture
* Manage store profitability, budgets & expenses
* Maintain high visual merchandising & stock control standards
* Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling & company policies
* Recruit, onboard & develop talent, building your store’s future leaders
👤 About You:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a retail management role
* Passion for people leadership and team development
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A hands-on, solution-focused leader who leads from the front
