Job Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions in preparing for, finding and maintaining employment. Our team is dedicated to providing tailored support and assistance to ensure that our customers achieve their employment goals.

Responsibilities and Opportunities

* Support individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions in preparing for, finding and maintaining employment
* Work closely with our customers to understand their strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
* Build strong relationships with our customers and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
* Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of our customers


Requirements and Qualities

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions
* Ability to build strong relationships with our customers and other stakeholders
* Flexible and adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
