Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver residential capital and compliance upgrade projects across New South Wales. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned project manager to leverage their expertise in managing complex residential upgrades in a client-side capacity.

The role involves overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality outcomes aligned with project scope, timeframes, and budget. Key responsibilities include planning, procurement, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and risk management.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture, building, surveying, or a related construction field.
* Demonstrated experience managing residential capital and compliance upgrade projects within the NSW Government or a similar public sector environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
* Solid understanding of procurement, contract administration, and project risk management.
