Your new role
They're on the lookout for a driven and experienced Project Manager to step into a dual PM/Contract Administrator role. You'll be replacing a valued team member in their Brisbane office and will be supported by a Cadet CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead diverse projects while mentoring junior talent and working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.
Duties may include:
* Oversee project setup, budgeting, and trade letting
* Manage day-to-day site operations and client relationships
* Lead financial tracking, progress claims, and subcontractor approvals
* Use Microsoft Project for programming and ProcurePro for project management
* Attend tender meetings and engage contractors
* Ensure safety compliance using Hammertech
* Mentor and support a Cadet CA.
What you'll need to succeed
* A drive and desire to succeed
* Passionate about problem-solving, troubleshooting and overcoming complex challenges
* Background as a PM on delivering construction projects of tier 2-3 size smaller projects (Under $5M)
* Remediation experience would be good but not essential.
* Confidence in wearing multiple hats, doing a dual PM/CA role
* Willingness to work between Geebung and the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return
* Salary commensurate with experience - $150k - $160K base + Super ideally, possibly more for the right candidate with lots of experience
* Based in Geebung, with flexibility to work from Maroochydore or Warana
* Minimum 2 days/week in Geebung
* Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
