Support Worker
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Support Worker to join our team as a Rover. As a Rover, your experience, skills, and knowledge will enable you to provide shift coverage at any of our accommodation homes.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing service and assistance, has the willingness to support customers of any gender by assisting with personal care and domestic duties, and has a valid driver's license.

Key responsibilities include supporting person-centred plans, joining customers in recreational activities, and ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed. You will also be required to administer daily reports and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers.

Required qualifications include Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability, and a valid driver's license. You must also be willing to undergo NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Clearance, and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
