About the role The Learning and Engagement Assistant’s role is to support the development and evaluation of high‑quality public and education programs, experiences and resources relating to the WA Museum Boola Bardip. The Learning and Engagement Assistants assist in the facilitation of visitor experiences which enhance the Museum visit with a focus on preparation and delivery, as well as supporting other Museum staff and volunteers for the delivery of these experiences where necessary.
About you We’re seeking enthusiastic, engaging and organised individuals with education and facilitation experience.
You will need to have availability to deliver public programs during evenings, weekends, and school holidays starting from January 2026.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Learn, follow, and deliver public and educational and public programs as directed.
Facilitate public programming events for a variety of audiences including families and young children in an engaging manner. This will include the set‑up, delivery and pack down of event spaces and equipment within the Museum.
