Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake administrative tasks including typing, faxing, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings
* Assist with workforce matters including rostering, recruitment, leave and booking/requesting casual staff for unit
* Undertake office administration and management, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies
* Provide administrative assistance to meetings
* Assist with scheduling and administration of education and in-service sessions
