Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical operations with enterprise accounts. The role involves collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales development in the region, working closely with Asia Voice Sales/PS
* Engage in initial discussions with clients
* Conduct product/service demonstrations
* Provide high-level architecture and system overviews for clients
* Participate in technical discussions on security, telecoms, compliance, and governance
* Assist with customer onboarding
* Collaborate with PS to resolve issues
