What you'll be doing
* Collecting, managing and analysing P&C data from multiple sources, with a strong focus on Workday
* Building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
* Developing and maintaining Alteryx workflows, ensuring continuity and data reliability
* Running data quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency
* Partnering closely with P&C teams and broader business units to understand data needs
* Supporting access management and \"front door\" data queries
* Balancing competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines
* Ensuring data handling complies with security, privacy and organisational policies
* Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice across the data function
What you'll bring
* Strong experience working with Workday data
* Hands‐on expertise with Tableau and Alteryx
* Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders and translating requirements into insights
* Strong attention to detail and data governance mindset
* Experience with One Model (desirable, not essential)
