A day in the life
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Leading and training up to 20 team members.
* Promoting Ghanda values within your team.
* Maintaining store presentation and visual standards.
* Managing stock levels in collaboration with stock allocators.
* Overseeing store operations, including rosters and sales reports.
About You
You are someone who:
* Has demonstrated leadership experience and leads by example.
* Prioritizes customer service and retail fundamentals.
* Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not essential; attitude matters most.
