About the Role
You'll play a key part in bridging operations and technology, working across multiple projects that improve visibility, streamline processes and enhance the way we run our business. This role suits someone who is analytical, organised, structured — and enjoys getting things right the first time. Experience in transport or logistics is a bonus, but we also welcome strong BA capability from similar operational environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading end-to-end business analysis across ERP/CRM and operational improvement projects.
Gathering and documenting requirements with accuracy and clarity.
Producing process maps, functional specs, BRDs, and UAT documentation.
Conducting gap analysis and recommending fit‐for‐purpose solutions.
Facilitating workshops and translating technical detail into clear, actionable outcomes.
Supporting UAT, data migration and change activities to ensure smooth adoption.
Working within established systems, standards and processes — while still applying initiative and technical judgement.
QualificationsWhat You Bring
3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a complex operational or technical environment.
Experience with ERP/CRM implementations (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar).
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to make quick, high-quality decisions within defined guidelines.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to communicate with both technical and non‐technical teams.
Experience in transport or logistics is highly regarded — but not essential.
