You'll contribute to the success of the recent Workday implementation by working closely with internal stakeholders and contributing to the team's training capabilities.
The Service Line (About) The Workday support team was created to support the recent implementation of Workday HCM and Financials.
We are responsible for project prioritisation, operational decisions on cross-functional topics, including data standardisation, issue resolution, release management, providing direction for ongoing support, training and change management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate, prepare and execute communications and training efforts related to the Workday system and related process changes Develop and deliver Workday-related communications, e.g.
announcements, informational sites Responsible for change management strategies to ensure effective and efficient communications and system adoption Collaborate with Workday BAU Team colleagues as well as People & Culture, Finance to develop and execute training and communication plansMeasure effectiveness of communication and training to identify improvement opportunities Workday Learning access and allocation of courses Maintain and develop Workday training content and materials for key stakeholder groups Manage the storage and distribution of Workday training materials Support and execute the delivery of training Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant and engaging learning solutions Skills/Attributes Required: Minimum 2 years in a training role Experience in managing internal communications including leadership forums, portals and SharePoint/Intranet sites Experience in managing change via stakeholder management, communication, and training plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to effectively transfer skills to team members Qualifications and Experience required: Exceptional writing skills and creative outlook with strong attention to detail, editing, and tone Works independently and can provide high quality training materialsAbility to prioritise and perform multiple tasksCreativity in building communication and trainings assets Outstanding organisational and planning abilities Must be an effective team player and proficiently work with cross-functional teams Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools, as well as Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
