Early Childhood Educator – Sandhills Early Childhood Centre, Byron Bay
Sandhills Early Childhood Centre is a council-operated 59-place centre in Byron Bay with natural and welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces abundant with trees, wildlife, garden beds, rockeries and grassed areas.

We are looking for:
A permanent part-time position (4 days per week) is available, and we are looking for a nurturing and skilled educator to work with infants and toddlers throughout ****.
While this role will be primarily focused on this age group during ****, the successful applicant will have future opportunities to work with children of all age groups within the centre.
This is a Certificate III Educator position, with an hourly rate of $*****–$*****, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a worker retention payment of approximately $3 per hour.
Trainee Early Childhood Educator – a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a supported traineeship.

No prior qualifications are required – just a positive attitude and commitment to completing the Certificate III.
You will:
Work with a team of exceptional educators to implement the daily program in line with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning framework.
Receive the Federal Government's early childhood worker retention payment (additional 10% of the base Children's Services award rate).
