The Role
As Finance Manager, your main responsibility of this position is to provide financial support and analysis across a national retail portfolio, ensuring that appropriate, reporting, review and governance is in place and managing a team of 7.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyse financial results, providing expert commentary and recommendations.
* Lead month-end reporting, including accruals, IFRS adjustments, and variance analysis.
* Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and property outgoings reconciliation.
* Maintain accurate property and tenant database records.
* Providing mentoring, coaching to our existing team of 7.
Who We're Looking For?
* Significant property accounting experience within a major property group in a retail portfolio (minimum 5 years).
* Strong understanding of the property industry and trust legislations.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRI software (preferred).
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex portfolios, and deliver results under pressure.
