Site Supervisor | Full-Time Contract | Clearview, SA ****
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential or commercial construction, with a strong understanding of site management, safety compliance and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Coordinate and supervise trades, contractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance processes
Communicate effectively with project managers
Monitor site progress and schedules
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in building/construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read and understand and interpret plans and specifications
Current driver's licence, White Card & Supervisor's licence required
