Job Description
* Deliver expert financial analysis, modelling, and advisory services to assigned directorates, ensuring insights drive effective decision‐making and business performance.
* Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‐term financial plans to ensure responsible and strategic resource allocation.
* Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, benchmarking and trend insights, to inform organisational leaders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance financial capability and influence sound financial decisions.
* Ensure financial resources are effectively managed and aligned with organisational priorities and goals.
* Communicate complex financial information clearly and meaningfully to diverse audiences.
* Contribute to process improvements, business innovation initiatives, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
* Support compliance with legislative, governance, safety, and regulatory requirements across financial processes.
A Successful Strategic Finance Business Partner Should Have
* Ability to start immediately or within short notice.
* Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
* CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent).
* Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
* Proven experience in a similar financial advisory or business partnering role.
* Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
