The Role
This is a brand new exciting opportunity for an experienced BDM / Channel Sales Manager to drive sales through established agent networks. You'll leverage your existing relationships to sell across a strong pipeline of townhome projects, positioning the business as the wholesale builder of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage channel sales relationships with key agent partners
* Drive sales outcomes across a growing portfolio of townhome projects
* Present projects to agents, buyers, and partners with knowledge, confidence and credibility
* Negotiate and secure deals in line with business targets
* Provide market insights to support business growth strategies
About You:
It is essential that you have an existing network of third party agents that you can contact to hit the ground running.
You will also have:
* 2+ years' experience in a channel sales, or BDM role within residential development/home building
* Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with agent networks
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven with a commercial mindset and ability to work autonomously
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Very strong project pipeline ensuring consistent opportunity
* Uncapped earning potential with expected high volume
