What You Will Be Doing
As the Manager, Business Continuity, you will:

Design, deliver, and enhance business continuity frameworks, plans, and systems.
Oversee Business Impact Assessments and ensure business units and third parties maintain effective continuity and resilience contingencies.
Lead incident response and recovery activities during continuity events.
Develop and deliver training, education, and simulation exercises to build organisation‑wide capability.
Create and coordinate testing programs ranging from desktop scenarios to live exercises.
Provide expert advice, insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across internal teams and with external partners to support continuity objectives.
Contribute to integrated risk, resilience, and compliance initiatives within a small, collaborative team.

What You Bring

Experience conducting business impact assessments, assurance reviews, and continuity exercises.
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information effectively.
Advanced analytical capability and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Why Join Us
