Lead Care Manager
Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure residents receive high-quality care. Support the General Manager in managing and leading person-centred care delivery.
* Support team members through coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, delegation, performance management and education.
* Review clinical incidents and provide solutions to reduce risks.
* Manage compliance with AN-ACC assessments and oversee medication management.
* Liaise with allied health professionals and medical practitioners for optimal resident care.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
* Post graduate qualification in aged care highly regarded.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Person-centred care mindset and passion for nurturing a strong team environment.
* Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care in an aged care or acute setting.
* Excellent clinical assessment and triaging skills as well as strong care planning capabilities.
