Are you a motivated and experienced warehouse professional looking to take ownership of warehouse operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment? IDT Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the end-to-end storage, movement, and dispatch of materials and goods, supporting production and logistics activities.
This role requires a hands‐on, proactive individual who can work autonomously, ensure compliance with quality, GMP, and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, store, transfer, and dispatch materials in accordance with procedures.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock movements.
* Support inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping documentation.
* Maintain compliance systems including ERP and MSDS (Chemwatch).
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance.
* Ensure all warehouse activities comply with OHS, GMP, Chain of Responsibility, and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse and distribution, preferably in a GMP‐regulated environment.
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage day‐to‐day warehouse operations.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements, dangerous goods handling, and CoR legislation.
* Competency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
* Current forklift licence and driver's licence, physically fit to perform warehouse tasks.
* Police check and pre‐employment medical clearance.
* Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
* Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
