Job Description:
Our organisation is seeking a Registered Psych nurse to provide best practice patient care in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centred care and working collaboratively with the hospital team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care as a pivotal member of the hospital team
* Work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to ensure delivery of best service user outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong clinical knowledge, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold a current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), have a minimum of 2 years experience within a relevant area, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high standards of person-centred care.
