We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead day-to-day workshop operations and support the safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance of our bus fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop workshop staff and trade apprentices
• Plan and allocate daily work to meet schedules and fleet availability targets
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Liaise with operations and management to manage priorities and pressures
About You:
• Australian recognised Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Trade Certificate (essential) or
Cert III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
• Experience in bus maintenance or public transport (desirable)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills; scan tool experience desirable
• Knowledge of Fleet Maintenance Management Systems
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Current HR or C Class licence (HR upgrade support available)
• Computer literacy for accurate maintenance record keeping
