Custom creations landscapes are a design-build landscape construction and Pool building business based in Leichhardt.
We are seeking an office administration person to help with the day to day running of the business.
**The Role**
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assist the project team with administration support.
- Answering incoming phone calls and help the business screen clients.
- Assist the managing director where possible.
- Invoicing & data entry.
- Preparing Reports.
- Create better sysytems and process withing the business.
- Help with staff functions.
- Assist in tracking projects with the team and generally being a helping hand where possible.
What you will need to apply
- Min 3 year's experience in an administration role
- A naturally good organiser
- Good with administrative details
- Enjoy seeing things though to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
