A part-time opportunity is available for a talented Finance Officer on an initial temporary basis.
**About the Role**:
This is a part-time opportunity for 20 hours per week Finance Officer to join the Finance team on a temporary to permanent basis.
**Duties**:
- Full function accounts payables and receivables (non-high volume, mixed processing of manual and non-manual invoices)
- Debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Assist financial accountant with monthly accruals
- Accounts Payable ledger and reports
- Raising of invoices in ORACLE
- Daily banking functions
**Key skills/Personal attributes**:
- Prior experience in a similar role under Australian rules and regulations
- Relevant experience in Accounts Payables with ORACLE
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload for a part-time opportunity
- Strong organisational, coordination and attention to detail to meet deadlines
- Reliable and punctual
