Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Performing root cause analysis and triage on network/computer issues for clients, servers, and network equipment
* Working with both Windows and Linux/UNIX environments
* Maintaining the configuration, documentation, and procedures of Gateway environments
* Developing effective working relationships with peers and key internal stakeholders
* Managing key external stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives
* Planning own workload to achieve deliverables in required timeframes
* Contributing to the effectiveness of the work team through positive and productive personal behaviours
* Providing advice and demonstrating initiative in areas of functional expertise
* Displaying a high standard of personal and professional integrity in all business dealings
