You will ensure compliance with legislation, directives, and policies governing recruitment, while driving best-practice approaches that strengthen CHHHS's workforce capability.

About you: You will successfuly lead the development and delivery of recruitment, attraction, and talent acquisition strategies that align with the organisation's workforce plans, values, and strategic objectives.
You can drive innovation by implementing best practice and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
You will design and deliver a comprehensive suite of support materials including capability programs for hiring managers and panel members to ensure compliant, fair, and effective selection processes.
You support governance, compliance, and reporting processes, contributing to transparent performance measurement and continuous improvement.
You will contribute to the broader People and Culture priorities, supporting the Director and Executive Director to embed innovation, cultural transformation, and workforce sustainability across CHHHS.
