We're hiring two Care Managers to join our leadership team across two beautifully appointed aged care homes.
As Care Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of care delivery. You'll work closely with the Service Managers to ensure our residents receive safe, high-quality, and person-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment.
* Leading and mentoring care staff with a calm and supportive approach
* Ensuring care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to each resident
* Supporting daily care operations and collaborating with clinical leaders
* Building trusted relationships with residents and families
* Promoting a culture of kindness, safety, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Proven 3 years of leadership experience in residential aged care
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
* A collaborative, people-first approach to leadership
* Excellent communication, clinical governance, and problem-solving skills
