About the Role:
The Customer Service Liaison is responsible for being the primary point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Reception: Greet and welcome visitors, manage front desk operations, and provide information to customers.
* Customer Support: Respond to phone enquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
* Administration: Manage emails, mail, petty cash, and banking, as well as assist with administrative tasks such as timesheets and compliance certificates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
