Marketing Manager Job Description
This is a high-impact role for someone who's creative, sharp and ready to own content programs from day one. As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead content creation, run campaigns and fuel our sales pipeline.
Our ideal candidate will sit at the heart of our marketing engine owning content creation, running our website, improving conversion flows and managing CRM programs with HubSpot and AI tools. They will work closely with our Sales, Product and Customer teams to tell stories that attract new prospects and deepen engagement with existing clients.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to our CEO, ideal for someone who's equal parts creative and analytical. The job involves writing blogs, crafting case studies, managing SEO, launching campaigns, supporting events and delivering results.
The right person will have 3–5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or retail tech, and be comfortable using AI tools to speed things up. They should know their way around HubSpot, CMS platforms and digital lead funnels, understand SEO, website optimization and email marketing, and be high-output, autonomous and excited to own measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Start writing content—blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.
* Get to know our CRM, website and lead capture flows.
* Analyze current performance and suggest early improvements.
* Support sales and field marketing programs.
6–12 months:
* Owning the website and content calendar.
* Launch new case studies and persona-driven content.
* Improve MQL conversion and funnel performance.
* Help plan and run customer marketing and events.
* Recommend new tools, automations or creative approaches.
