The Opportunity
MinRes are seeking experienced Production Mining Operators to become part of our agile team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. With permanent, full-time positions available at our owner-operated iron ore and lithium sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara, and Client projects, you’ll play an integral role in close-knit teams where safety and camaraderie are paramount.

- Dump Truck Operator
- Grader Operator
- Dozer Operator
- Loader Operator
- Excavator Operator
- All Rounder Operator
What is required?
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 12 months Production Mining experience.
- 785 Dump Trucks or larger (Electric Dump Truck experience advantageous)
- 16M, 18M Grader or larger
- D10 / D11 Dozer
- 992 Loader or larger
- Hitachi 3600 Excavator or equivalent
