Job Responsibilities
You will be accountable for all operational aspects of the logistics area while assisting the Logistics Supervisor with day‐to‐day road services operations. Key areas include:
* Coordinating daily fleet, crew and resource allocation
* Leading and supporting Logistics team members
* Delivering against operational KPIs and service objectives
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
* Maintaining accurate logistics and consignment records
* Managing incident reporting and escalations
* Overseeing road crew requalifications
* Liaising with subcontractors and engaging key stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
As an experienced leader, you are excited to work with a team to maintain a successful and productive environment. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, starting at 4am. You can demonstrate:
* Experience in a Cash in Transit, Logistics, or related industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detailed knowledge of operations planning and scheduling
* Security Licence – Cash in Transit and Firearms Licence
* Medium Rigid Heavy Vehicle Licence
