The CEO will provide leadership and direction to the National Management Board, deliver key network initiatives and formulate growth strategies for the promotion and development of the brand, network and its members. Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan, the CEO will grow the brand's position and reputation in the market – contributing to client acquisition, client retention and attracting high quality employees to the individual Bentleys' businesses.
As the leader, strategic planner and administrator of the Bentleys network, you will have presence, credibility and authority to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Of significance is your project management and execution ability to deliver smart, effective, commercial initiatives across the network for the benefit of all network members and clients.
