The Role
As a Revenue Manager at Switch, you'll manage a portfolio of hotels and resorts, guiding them through smart pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies. You'll be the analytical brain behind the scenes, ensuring every client is positioned to outperform their market.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Analyse performance data and market conditions to develop dynamic pricing strategies
* Manage OTA listings, rate plans, and inventory across major distribution platforms
* Deliver performance reviews and strategic recommendations to clients
* Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and ops teams to drive holistic results
* Mentor and support Revenue Analysts in revenue tactics and implementation
* Contribute to internal training and continuous improvement of Switch systems

What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years in a hotel revenue, distribution, or consulting role (agency experience a plus)
* Strong understanding of PMS, channel managers, and OTA platforms
* Highly analytical with advanced Excel tool skills a plus.
* Confident communicator with a flair for presenting insights to clients
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple properties
* Based in Australia (QLD preferred but open to remote talent nationally for the right fit)
