On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Recruitment Consultant.**
The role will be responsible for 360 recruitment process from start to finish. The daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle;
- Appraisal of suitability for current live positions;
- Account managing and developing new client relationship;
- Managing induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on the condition of service, pay rates, and interpreting relevant Fair Work legislations awards for work conditions and salaries
- Updating the employers and jobseekers on job vacancies
- Supporting the managing director and branches with any ad hoc duties where appropriate.
**Education** - Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
**Experience & Skills**
- 2+ years of Industry experience as a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant
- Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong decision-making skills
- People orientated
**Salary**: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $70-110K.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Caringbah NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
