Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist
We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at Lavender Lodge School.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to make a positive impact on the lives of our young people. Our clinicians are key members of our most joined-up model in SEND, providing unrivalled levels of clinical support across all our specialist schools and children's homes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
* Offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people based on clinical assessment and formulation.
* Assess our young people's mental health and recommend appropriate interventions in a personalized care plan.
* Build rapport with our young people to deliver effective counselling and feedback on progress.

Requirements:
* Eligibility for membership of BACP or a similar professional body.
* Qualifications in child development and experience connecting with young people.
* Highly organized and proactive approach to work.
