Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner
📍 South-East Sububs | 💻 Hybrid | ⏰ ASAP Start | 💰 $59.97ph | 8–10 weeks (with potential extension)
We’re seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner to join a supportive team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you’ll provide expert advice and case management to support staff wellbeing, early intervention, and return-to-work programs.
You’ll work closely with managers and employees to create positive outcomes, foster a safe workplace culture, and ensure compliance with wellbeing and injury management policies.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work programs
- Ability to provide expert advice, case management, and policy guidance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
- Current Police Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain
- Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) approved, return to work coordination certificate of claims administration
- Experience in WorkCover/Ill and Injured claims management, rehabilitation and return to work programs or experience in a similar role
