About the role:
This role sits within our Display Experience team for our Showcase product. They are behind our immersive and interactive sales technology installed across residential project display suites. You'll be responsible for making sure every physical install is performing perfectly and every sales team is getting the most out of the experience.
With the delivery of top-tier customer support, consistent on-the-ground checks, agent training and seamless coordination with internal teams, your goal is to ensure the highest standard of presentation and performance across our Showcase projects.
What you'll mostly be doing:
* Visit display suite locations across QLD to ensure all presentation hardware and software are functioning properly.
* Conduct quality assurance spot checks and escalate any performance issues to the broader tech and ops teams.
* Check in with sales agents to confirm that the systems are being used correctly and to their full potential.
* Provide basic training and onboarding to new agents or refreshers as needed.
* Coordinate with internal teams to schedule updates, maintenance, or content changes.
* Record and communicate feedback from clients to help us continuously improve the experience.
* Ensure every display suite maintains a high standard of brand alignment, user experience, and functionality.

* Technically comfortable, able to troubleshoot basic display software and AV hardware issues
* Technically comfortable with Windows Operating system.
* Confident communicator who can interface with clients and internal teams alike.
* Proactive and independent, can manage travel, site visits, and self-prioritise.
* Willing to travel across metro and regional NSW as needed.
