Stryker is seeking ambitious individuals to relocate to Canberra and join our Joint Replacement team as a Robotic Product Specialist/Clinical Consultant. This role offers hands-on work with Stryker's Mako robotic technology, assisting in real surgeries.
What You'll Do
Be the technical expert in the operating theatre, supporting robotic-assisted knee and hip procedures
Use advanced software to segment and plan surgeries from preoperative CT scans
Provide training and clinical support to surgeons and hospital teams
Work in a purely clinical role—no sales involved, focused on patient outcomes and surgical success
Who This Role Suits
Recent graduates in biomedical science, health science, nursing, physiotherapy, engineering, exercise science or related fields
Healthcare professionals such as nurses, physios, surgical techs, osteopaths, or sports scientists
Individuals with a strong interest in human anatomy and surgical innovation
No prior robotics experience required — full training provided

Confidence in clinical settings and ability to communicate with medical professionals
Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
Willingness to relocate to Canberra for at least 3 years (relocation support available)
