The Role We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the growing Data Centre delivery division. In this role, you will oversee large-scale, high-voltage, and complex communications infrastructure projects for major technology and cloud providers. You will manage projects from initial contract award through to final commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery : Lead end-to-end execution of hyper-scale data centre projects. Financial Management : Drive project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and variations. Client Relations : Act as the primary contact for tier-one builders and global tech clients. Team Leadership : Manage on-site supervisors, subcontractors, and engineering teams. HSEQ Leadership : Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety and quality standards. Procurement : Oversee equipment ordering and supply chain logistics for long-lead items. What We Are Looking For Experience : Minimum 5 years managing large-scale electrical or communications projects. Data Centre Expertise : Proven track record delivering critical infrastructure or data centres. Qualifications : Electrical trade background or a degree in Electrical Engineering / Project Management. Skills : Exceptional negotiation, scheduling, and contract management capabilities.
