Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of growing business within the Australia and New Zealand region. You will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with senior decision makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprise organizations.
This role involves both phone/web and frequent face-to-face value selling in a non-COVID environment. When not onsite at a customer, you will be based locally within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building a continuously successful sales team within the ANZ field sales team
* Achieving sales quotas on a quarterly and yearly target
* Establishing sales goals and KPIs for the business in partnership with the sales leadership
* Ownership of pipeline health (coverage, velocity, and closed rates)
* Leading regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to assess performance and health of business
Our ideal candidate will have a strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
* 5+ years of experience working in the cyber security sales space
* Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of annual recurring revenue
* Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity

* Self-starter, able to work effectively with a distributed team
* Previous success in early stage company growing a territory and exceeding sales goals
* Demonstrated ability to sell large-ticket enterprise security or risk software
* Previous SaaS and/or cybersecurity experience is beneficial
