THE ROLE The Senior Program Adviser, Victorian Housing Register (VHR), Community Housing Partnerships, Housing Outcomes and Partnership Branch is responsible for supporting key stakeholders in managing housing applications, collaborating and coordinating responses to sensitive and complex applications, facilitating the delivery of effective service delivery in providing expert advice on VHR operational policy guidelines and the supporting VHR IT system, working across program areas to support applicants by identifying and implementing solutions that improve client outcomes. The Senior Program Adviser works in collaboration with partners across Homes Victoria, Community Operations and Practice Leadership Division, Participating Registered Agencies and Designated Service Providers. The VHR team play a critical role in supporting housing operations and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to address issues which impact housing staff and the delivery of services to applicants.
