About the Team
ZF Services Australia is responsible for both Original Equipment Sales as well as servicing the Aftermarket through Technical Support, Part Sales and Remanufacturing. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated person with a high level of technical competency to join out Technical Service Team.
What you can look forward to as a Technical Support Engineer:
* To provide customers (both internal & external) with a high level of technical support within ZF Services Australia region of responsibility for all products.
* This includes technical support for internal customers, OEM's, fleet operators, service partners and key customers.
* Technical support includes but is not limited to the provision of diagnostic and repair information, direct field support, warranty adjudication, technical report writing and the delivery of technical training.
Your Profile as a Technical Support Engineer:
* Recognize engineering or apprenticeship or higher in automotive driveline technology (Commercial Vehicle preferred). Modern truck and trailer systems knowledge or experience is advantageous.
* Demonstrated competency to deliver classroom-based theoretical and workshop practical training.
* Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship in a workshop or field service environment.
* Holder of NSW (or other state) Automotive Trade Certificate highly desirable.
