Lead & Senior Coordinators + Operational Event Staff
The City of Bunbury's Events & Activation team is seeking expressions of interest from people passionate about creating memorable, community-focused events. Whether you're a seasoned events professional ready to lead and coordinate major projects, or you're looking to bring your operational expertise to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
We are building a pool of interest for potential future opportunities in:
* Lead & Senior Event Coordinators – Responsible for high-level event planning and delivery, stakeholder engagement, project and budget management, logistics coordination, risk planning and leading event teams.
* Operational Event Staff – Supporting the Events & Activation team with event development and delivery across the year. This includes operational planning, site coordination, supplier and contractor liaison, community activation support, logistical set‐up/pack‐down, and general event operations. Roles may include full‐time or long‐term opportunities within the team.
