Job Title: Admissions Coordinator
The School is seeking a highly skilled and organised professional to join its Admission Team. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our community, assisting with all aspects of admission administration, from initial enquiries to enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide warm, welcoming and professional experience to prospective families
* Assist with admission administration, including processing applications, managing data, and coordinating communication with families
* Build relationships with members of the community to promote the School and its values
* Work collaboratively across all levels of the School to meet organisational deadlines
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in your work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* An understanding of child protection principles and policies
